1. What we collect
Account details you give us (email, channel name, birthdate, optional parent/guardian email), content you upload or stream, and basic technical logs needed to run the service (e.g. IP for rate limits and security).
2. How we use it
To operate OurVue: accounts, uploads, live streams, moderation, age-safety checks, copyright handling, and emails you request (verification, parent approval, password reset).
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Moderators and admins can see reports and age-verification materials you submit. Parent/guardian emails receive approval links for under-18 accounts.
4. Retention
Account and content data are kept while your account is active. Age ID uploads are reviewed then purged after a decision. You can request account deletion by contacting the operators.
5. Contact
